About Our Doula Services

Here is some basic information about the doula services we provide...

Prenatal Doula Services

For women on bedrest or women just needing some extra help at home prenatally, we can provide prenatal doula services, which can include private childbirth education, developing a birth plan, discussion of coping with pregnancy and bedrest issues. We can also provide assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping, running errands and childcare for older children.

Birth Doula Services

As a labor doula, we offer prenatal visits to discuss your needs and preferences for your birth and provide continuous support during labor and birth. Birth photography is also available. We also offer one postpartum visit as part of my birth package. Discussion of the birth and assistance with mother and newborn care is also provided.

Postpartum Doula Services

As a postpartum doula, we provide assistance with mother and baby care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, running errands and childcare for older children. We also have special training in infant massage.
