Shipping, Ordering and Payment FAQs

This page includes FAQs for customers about ordering, shipping and handling, payment information, fax orders, e-mail orders, mail orders, telephone assistance, return policy and bad checks.

Ordering Information:  You can order online using our secure server via PayPal.  We also accept orders via e-mail, phone or snail mail. 

Shipping and Handling
Shipping rates have become more expensive and we strive to offer shipping and handling fees that are economical and efficient. We send most items via Federal Express Ground Shipping. We also recycle our packaging materials as much as possible to reduce landfill waste and keep our prices low for you. 

If you need it fast, please let us know... we can get it there fast for an additional fee via Fed Ex.   Once we mail an item, we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.  Each item shipped using Fed Ex is insured and trackable.  Please allow 2 weeks for processing and shipping of your items.   Your patience is appreciated.  When you provide a valid e-mail address, we will e-mail you to let you know your item has been shipped or if an item has gone out of stock.

Some of our more popular items go in and out of stock with little notice.  If an item is out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible and will give you an estimated delivery time.   We will do our best to keep our website updated so that our customers are aware of current availability of products. 

In the US, most orders will arrive at your home within 1-4 days from the time we mail it via Fed Ex Ground. To see how long shipment will take to your destination from ours, take a look at our Fed Ex Ground Shipping map.  For international and APO/FPO addresses, we ship via USPS and it takes closer to seven to ten days. On the safe side,  please allow 2 weeks for delivery! 

USA and Canada shipping rates are on our order form. For International orders, we recommend that you e-mail us for estimated shipping costs or please pay by credit card and we will bill the exact shipping charges to your account. Foreign orders must be paid with either an international money order in US Dollars or with a credit card. Next Day Express Shipping is available for an additional fee. E-mail us for details.

Payment Information
You can order our products On-line,  through PayPalWe accept credit cards for online orders only.  PayPal is a secure online payment server. Your information is always kept safe and private.  With PayPal, we accept all major credit and debit cards as well as electronic checks.  As with any credit card transaction, your shipping address MUST match your billing address for your credit card. This protects both you and me.  

If you have trouble with PayPal, you likely do not have cookies enabled on your computer. Your web browser must be configured to accept "cookies" to access most  secure websites, including PayPal.  This is necessary for the Shopping Cart to function.

Fax Orders
Fill out the order form and Fax it to (508) 302-8165 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

E-mail Orders
You can "cut-and-paste" our order form (text portion only please) and fill in the blanks, then send it to griese@networksplus.net.

Mail Orders
Print and complete our order form and mail your order to KonzaBaby Perinatal Services 5627 Elbo Ridge Drive Manhattan, KS  66502-8815.  Make your check or money order payable to "Maurenne Griese".  Include a personal check or money order for the complete amount plus shipping and handling. Kansas residents must pay 4.9% sales tax on the total amount PLUS the shipping! (Sorry!)

If you need personal help  and/or you have questions, please call (785) 539-1996 (office) or (785) 317-2485 (mobile). Maurenne, our staff RN, is often seeing patients during the day so you may get her voicemail on her office phone or mobile phone.   Please leave a message and Maurenne will be happy to  return your call as soon as possible!

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase!  If we make a mistake, please call or write so we can make it right for you!  New and unworn bras and clothing may be returned for exchange or full refund (less shipping) within 30 days. Please make sure you are happy with the fit and style before you wear it. Due to health reasons, personal items such as panties and breast pumps are not returnable.

You may return any, new unused item to KonzaBaby within 30 days for an equal exchange or full refund less shipping and handling. All orders with free shipping and handling will be assessed a 10% restocking fee upon return. All exchanges and returns must have a return authorization number. Call or e-mail us for this number.  

According to Medela's manufacturer policies, Medela breastpumps must be unopened and unused when returned. This is due to their personal nature. Please contact Medela customer service at 888-633-3528 for breastpump warranty claims if you have a problem once your breastpump is opened. Because of Medela's manufacturers policy, you will be referred to them about all opened breastpumps. If you return a breastpump after it has been opened, no refund will be made. It can be shipped back to you at your request. You will be charged shipping charges to have it returned to you.

Occasionally an item may be damaged during shipping. If this occurs, please let us know the nature of the damage as soon as you receive your shipment by calling 785-539-1996 or e-mailing us so that we may assist you further.

 

Bad Checks

 Writing a BAD CHECK is a crime in every state, and is punishable by a fine and/or imprisonment. There are an estimated 450 million BAD CHECKS written every year. This includes checks written without sufficient funds or upon accounts that have been previously closed.  Acceptance of a check as form of payment is a privilege extended by me-please be sure you have enough funds to cover the amount of your personal check.
