Postpartum Doula Services
Postpartum doulas provide practical advice and assistance once you are at home with your baby. They help take care of the new mother as she learns how to care for her new baby. We are trained and have experience in postpartum and infant care.
Years ago, new mothers could rely upon extended family and friends to help out in the early days following childbirth. While some women have such help, more women are choosing to hire postpartum doulas to help them through the first few days at home.
Some of the things postpartum doulas can help with include:
